Members pages - Profile images smaller?

Feedback from Gerasimos - The profile page looks great as well. Currently, on desktop the most important item, visually, is the profile image, not sure if it needs to be that big. Maybe 50% small could work better.

I personally LIKE the larger images (maybe future we support video here - that'd be coolllll). Inspo akin to github profiles here for this portion of the layout. I dunno it's worth considering since Gerasimos actually hires off the stuff.

I don't know if a technical hirer though will look for different things than a merchant - and I think merchants are the ones we need to be most aware. Our technical partners will already know what they're looking for with/without the image. Gerasimos doesn't see the image as necessary for him, whereas I have the opinion that it is for merchants.

All good points. I do think the profile pics are a little large on desktop. But it helps to visually balance out the wall of text until we have other things like icons
