Seems like we cannot connect the sales channel on partner dev stores anymore? As a developer it would be great to be able to use demo content.

Then how can an app develop integration version for stores that uses hydrogen? I am an app developer, and I need to build an integration version for hydrogen.

@juanpprieto Are we to expect to use data from a shopify prod account? I assume we can't test on a test shop/environment but deploy from local straight to prod?

As a partner/developer is there a way to develop on hydrogen without having a paid store? It doesnt seem so which make no sense since hydrogen is a development environment where customers need help to build stores?? Seems rather ridiculous. omni-will may be correct!

Thank you for the feedback provided!
I need also to present a demo for the storefront I am developing.
I spent a day trying to self-host the application following docs on my own server but also on vercel without getting any result.
I see an example with express on the repo but is not using codegen and typescript so it's also difficult to migrate.
Have you any tips to get a fast environment or the only way is to start the shopify base tier?
Happy to collaborate also for feedback and other tryout I made.

I've already had a try but is very hard to figure it out on cloudflare bc of the wrangler.toml configuration and what we have to do to setup the server.ts.
basically problems are listed also on this thread where the author also made a repo but it's from 1y ago (and old hydrogen version that is not using vite)
I found help also on this article and looking at this article but it miss some critical parts.
The docs suggests that oxygen is made on cloudflare workers but it's hard to find some remix related deploy guide cause it changes also the standard remix directory for the build output (dist folder instead of build) so I am struggling to find a way to get a demo area working.
I think it's useless to deploy into another environment that is not oxygen (it's included on shopify plan) but it's hard to have a demo before the store is online.
I m still there to help any other one is having this situation based on my experience but if you have some suggestions or a simple reproduction I would thank you so much.

Remix officially supports deploying to Cloudflare workers with @remix-run/cloudflare-workers: https://remix.run/docs/en/main/other-api/adapter#official-adapters

I don't have much context outside of that.

I think it's the best solution for everyone that want to have a demo area before publishing a store
