[Hydrogen Skeleton] Adding filters to Storefront Search and Collections

cc @juanpprieto this is the issue covering what we discussed in our Hydrogen Developer Tools research meeting.

For merchants with the Shopify Search & Discovery app, it's possible to have product filters on both the Collections /collections/xxxx and Storefront Search /search pages. These are missing from the Hydrogen skeleton although they are available in the Storefront API for Search and on collection products

It would be nice to add these things to the skeleton template or the demo store template:

• Filters (with color swatches)
• Sort
• Predictive search

Some work has been done here, but that was removed
