build(deps): bump tough-cookie and nodejs-mobile-gyp

Removes [tough-cookie](https://github.com/salesforce/tough-cookie). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [nodejs-mobile-gyp](https://github.com/janeasystems/nodejs-mobile-gyp). These dependencies need to be updated together.
