Is it possible for the Shopify CLI to provide an option for scaffolding this skeleton theme with Tailwind CSS configuration?

For anyone looking to set up Tailwind themselves, here's what I'm doing (via the tailwind-cli):

1. Install the Tailwind CLI: npm install tailwindcss @tailwindcss/cli
2. Add an assets/input.css file as your entry point, with contents: @import "tailwindcss";
3. Add an npm script to generate the output.css file: npx @tailwindcss/cli -i ./assets/input.css -o ./assets/output.css --content './**/*.{js,json,liquid}' (the CLI supports --watch mode as well, and you'll want to run this in watch mode when developing)
4. Add this to your theme.liquid file: {{ 'output.css' | asset_url | stylesheet_tag: preload: true }}
5. Delete critical.css and any other CSS files you have (if you want to use only Tailwind)
6. Remove all {% stylesheet %} tags and use Tailwind classes instead
