Review and adjust "Add icon smoothing for minimap POI pins and overlays" commit #16
Description
TODO:
- Review "Add icon smoothing for minimap POI pins and overlays" properly
- Check if noticeable visually vs complexity
- If yes, add a checkbox for enabling in settings, default OFF (if very pretty and low overhead then ON)
- Change 2s polling to event hooks (VIGNETTE_MINIMAP_UPDATED, QUEST_POI_UPDATE, maybe more)
