TO DO: Get actual IRC connection working in CLI mode

• Allow user to send/receive messages while connected
• Allow user to join/leave channels while connected
• COMMANDSSS
• Allow for communications between connected users in DM's
• Admin/OP Commands
• Ensure everything can be adapted to implementing a GUI using threads #3
