Wildcard count statements in assessments (select all questions from pool) breaks Torus #180
Description
Legacy supports count="*" as a means of selecting all questions in a pool. Torus ingests this as an empty count parameter, which breaks the quiz.
@darrensiegel suggests modifying ingestion tool to hard code the count. Eventual support in Torus for "select all questions" is required.
