Cannot add MediaBot in my channel #4

Hello, I can't manage to add MediaBot in my channel (which is #Gong-Oh) by using the "MediaBot" pushbutton in the "I miei canali" page of my account on simosnap.org. I confirm my request by selecting "Conferma" (please look at the attached screenshot) but nothing happens. Is there anything I should do on my channel in order to get MediaBot added? Thanks.
