Daylight savings time and the alarm #561

Times are hard...
It is 1am, I need to go to bed. I set my alarm because I have a fictional meetup at 10am tomorrow.
"Funny" I think, seeing the estimate time to sleep on screen (the toast message) doesn't add up because of daylight savings time change in the night. "But the app doesn't need to track this, the phone does."
In the night, my phone automatically goes out of daylight savings time (2am -> 3am) and the alarm goes with it (9am -> 10am), so I am late.
I think this is unintuitive...
