[Feature Request] More Sounds!

Summary

We're actually missing an absurd amount of sounds. I only noticed how much was missing when I booted up the dock in Ruffle.

Not sounds, but we're digging here anyway

• Hovering on chip wheel should work even if there's no chip there. Once this is enabled, the sounds can be added.

List of missing sounds

• Click sound when clicking a tab (MAIN/CHIPS/SKTV/TRADE). We should use this on the hamburger menu as well.

• Hovering over each chip wheel segment should make a little beep. (chip_wheel.mp3)

• Opening and closing sitekick should have a thump at the end of each animation. (sk_thump.mp3)

• Open Sitekick's Ooze bubbles should make popping sounds.

• Open Sitekick should have electricity zapping sounds (with the animations).

• Chip Dump & Trade popups should make the chipendium open sound when opening, same for closing.

• Opening/Closing the color changer should have a crank sound. (settings.mp3)

• Changing pages on SK-TV should use the turn page sound, but changing members within a page should make a beep. (sktv_button.mp3)
