[Feature Request] Special Chips

There are a couple chips that actually do something. This issue tracks those chips, and what they need done.

Gifty

When tapped, they should open up, display a chip which fades. The chip will then be left unequipped in place of gifty. There are multiple gifty-ish gifts, so each one could use it's own reward pool, be given out for holidays, etc.

Needs support for date ranges. If date != range, do not open gift.

Camera

While equipped, players can tap the camera to take photo of their Sitekick. We have a few options of how to handle this. All scenarios should probably delete the chip upon use, rather than dumping it.

1. Images are displayed on the homepage. Newest on the left, oldest on the right. Maybe we only show the last 5 players, so it's a temporary homepage addition.
2. The boards only let you use the camera chip to update your picture.
3. Camera chip helps you create a postcard of sorts using your Sitekick as the image. Perhaps players write a "to", and we pre-fill the return address. They could then save it to their device, or share it.
