Cant i put a value in skill bulder lov via dynamic action

I am using skillbulder lov 5.1 in apex 18.
I am trying to use a dynamic action to put a value in skillbulder lov. but unable to .
I have set the skill bulder enterable option to Enterable not restricted to lov
But when i use the dynamic action the value doesnt come on the skill builder lov.
A dynamic action is on button. When button clicked
set value :- 1year
on skill bulder item but the output is not vsiible on skill builder
Any idea how i can solve this.. and thanks for your time
