Add setting to make armor & item customizations visible to other players

Describe the new feature.

This would be really cool to have and would allow a lot of creative freedom to players. The new setting would obviously only work on other Skyblocker users and could have two options:

1. Enabled, you see everyone's customizations and everyone can see yours (limited, see below).
2. Disabled, you can't see anyone else's customization and no one can see yours (the default option).

To prevent abuse only worn armor and held items would have the customizations shown, for example to avoid situations where one item is customized to appear like another and sold misleadingly.
It's worth noting that it may be best to hold off on this until we see how hypixel make use of the new features (e.g. trims) after updating all of Skyblock to the latest minecraft versions.
