Unable to empty list settings, items are replaced with a default instead. #2148
Description
What happened?
I don't want event notifications for the dark auction so I emptied the two text boxes as the description suggests. But instead of removing them it filled them both in with "Now" instead.

Additional context
Apparently the MoulConfig list support is far from perfect, so one possible alternative would be to just have a single text input for the whole list and make it comma-separated.
