Using Refinery to refine Vanilla materials into TMF materials
(Reducing the initial need for world gen but not making it obsolete)

Netherblocks + Catalyst gives Small amount of minerals.

Catylyst - Flowers, Seeds, Grass, Dirt, Wood, Sapling?

Netherblocks - Glowstone, Netherrack, Soulsand?

Since refinery is crafted with Vanilla materials and players will already have their world generated, this allows a smooth transition to worlds without TMF from day dot.
