color bulb is not able to be adjusted brightness correctly in HA ?

Hi, I just installed one color bulb and integrated it into HA already, thanks

but I got two issues at the same time.

1. the ui interface I have in Ha is different from document here
2. the brightness of bulb can not be sync between app and HA, such when I adjust the brightness to 100% in app the UI in HA didn't change accordingly.

Is there anything I can do to correct both of them.

my configuration is as below.
