Requirements for Publishing to Maven Central Repository #86
Description
It might be helpful in the future, if we can deploy the Java packages to the official Maven central repository (Sonatype).
Its requirements are higher than the custom Nexus repository.
There are specific rules that need to be followed, so that the packages are accepted!

Some of the requirements are:
- deliver source and javadoc jars
- sign packages with PGP
- clean naming structure
- license information
- sufficient meta data
