Ctrl+C causes unknown vim failures #20
Description
When hitting Ctrl+C while syntax highlighting, the signal is propagated to Vim which is killed, but Clink doesn't recognise the cause of the failure. It seems it itself is missing the signal, so somehow we're masking/forwarding it incorrectly.
