Cross platform release support

There are ways to have small applications like this run on multiple platforms with a single release binary, for example https://github.com/jart/cosmopolitan. This solution would add a tiny overhead, in the order of 100kB.
I expect this project to have a wide range of uses, especially when anisette data generation is added.
Before I try to get this compiled with cosmopolitan, would you consider a PR with support for this if I get that running?

If you manage to do so, yes.
I have tried rev-ng to lift into LLVM-IR, but had no success. Might be suprising if you could compile the assembly part into another architecture so easily.
