Indentation #36
Description
Indentation is inconsistent in places. To avoid incompatibilities issues, I think it makes sense to use spaces (not tabs) for indentation but we should also decide on how big we want one indentation to be. Common numbers include "2 spaces", "4 spaces" or even more. I don't know if there is a particular guideline for Matlab. Maybe we could just check what SPM is doing and stick do that.
