How to pass arguments to pbs-submit.py

Hi,

This is a documentation issue. I can't figure out how to pass arguments like `-m abe`, `-l gpus=1` or `-p` to the submit script. I can see that they should end up as arguments to the `pbs-submit.py` job submission wrapper, but I don't get how I can make that work.
