[Feature Request] More options for home edit menu and remember last home tab

1 - Allow "Book" filter conditions to use series tags rather than just book tags. Should also clarify "Book Tag" and "Series Tag" instead of just "Tag".

2 - Allow "Book" filter conditions to use "Collection" rather than just the "ReadList" that is currently available. (Would be used for something like if book is from a series that is in collection "completed_series", exclude it)

3 - Remember last home tab, or option to start komelia in specific tab (eg start in "Keep Reading" rather than "all"). I personally dislike having many sections on the home screen, but removing them would make checking previously read books or On Deck more difficult. An option to show only "Keep Reading" on startup or to remember the last position would be nice.

I don't think it's possible with current Komga search API. Komelia currently exposes all available options.
This would first need to be implemented in Komga

Gotcha. I created a Komga feature request gotson/komga#2202. I don't have a great understanding of the Komga API, so I'd appreciate it if you could add any corrections or suggestions.
