Description
I have noticed several bugs when using the ッツ Ebook Reader option within Komelia's EPUB reader:
-
Progress Desync: The reading progress in ッツ Ebook Reader does not synchronize with the Komga reader
-
Progress Update Failure: If reading progress was previously recorded using the Komga reader, switching to ッツ Ebook Reader causes the progress to stop updating entirely. This occurs regardless of whether bookmarks are saved automatically or manually
In this state, the logs only show: 2026-02-19 17:29:39,494 INFO [DefaultDispatcher-worker-6] s.k.ManagedKomgaEvents [ManagedKomgaEvents.kt:79] TaskQueueStatus(count=0, countByType={})
For comparison, a successful synchronization normally generates logs like these:
2026-02-19 10:16:41,116 INFO [OkHttp https://192.168.5.9:8801/...] h.logging [DesktopAppModule.kt:114] --> PUT https://192.168.5.9:8801/api/v1/books/0PEXV64S70VZ9/progression (380-byte body)
2026-02-19 10:16:41,214 INFO [OkHttp https://192.168.5.9:8801/...] h.logging [DesktopAppModule.kt:114] <-- 204 https://192.168.5.9:8801/api/v1/books/0PEXV64S70VZ9/progression (97ms, 0-byte body)
2026-02-19 10:16:41,214 INFO [DefaultDispatcher-worker-20] s.k.ManagedKomgaEvents [ManagedKomgaEvents.kt:79] ReadProgressChanged(bookId=0PEXV64S70VZ9, userId=0MEEWME1027VC)
- TOC Navigation Issue: When using the Table of Contents (TOC) for quick navigation within ッツ Ebook Reader, the reading progress fails to be recorded. The logs similarly show messages such as 2026-02-19 17:29:39,494 INFO [DefaultDispatcher-worker-6] s.k.ManagedKomgaEvents [ManagedKomgaEvents.kt:79] TaskQueueStatus(count=0, countByType={})
