Devourer's Secondary Resource Bar Ignores Void Meta State When Talented Into Emptiness #179

edit: had to alter the original post after some more testing, since the issue I'm experiencing seems to come down to talent choice: Soul Glutton vs. Emptiness

Hey,

loving the addon!

I ran into one little problem on my Devourer:

When talented into Emptiness the secondary resource bar for Devourers (showing Souls) does not distinguish between the two Void Meta states (in Meta/out of Meta) like the Blizzard default UI does.

Blizzard's own secondary resource bar is displaying these caps:

  • 35 outside of Meta with Soul Glutton talented (cost to enter Void Meta).
  • 50 outside of Meta with Emptiness talented (cost to enter Void Meta).
  • 30 inside of Meta with either talented (cost to cast a Collapsing Star). However you can actually carry 40.

So when Soul Glutton is talented, the SCRB secondary resource bar correctly uses 35 (outside of Meta) and 40 (inside of Meta) as its caps.

However when Emptiness is talented, the SCRB secondary resource bar always uses a cap of 50, regardless of Void Meta state, when it should use 50 (outside of Meta) and 40 (inside of Meta).

The problem with that is that whenever you enter Void Meta with Emptiness talented and eventually reach your cap of 40 Souls, the SCRB secondary resource bar texture displays a progress of only 80% (40/50) even though you are already overcapping Souls.

You can play around this by enabling text for that bar (and simply being aware of that limitation), but I thought it could be little more intuitive to have them reflect the actual caps with either talent choice.
