Issue: Android SocketCam820 isn't initiating

device: Galaxy Tab S7+ (SM-T970)
CaptureSDK version: 1.5.134

Description

I am trying to develop the Android SocketCam to scan the barcode but it doesn't work in the sample app as well as my app.

My physical scanner(S740) was able to connect but even SocketCam extension was ready, the SocketCamViewContainer component returned "No SocketCam Device Found." message

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone the sample app: https://github.com/SocketMobile/singleentry-rn
2. Run the app in the Android tablet

Expected Behavior

SocketCam should run since it's enabled by default.

Actual Behavior

SocketCam doesn't start

thanks for reaching out to us and submitting this issue.

Can you tell me if you have installed our Socket Mobile Companion app from the Play Store and launched it prior to launch the sample app please?

Companion is used to start a service in the first place so our Android CaptureSDK can work with all our devices including SocketCam.

Yes, I've installed the companion app and started before the sample app. Thus, the Socket mobile scanner(S720, Bluetooth) worked fine but not SocketCam.

Do you have some logs to provide from the Android console? You should see if the SocketCam extension is Started, Ready or Stopped.

Certainly, here are the logs and it seems to me the host CaptureRN instance doesn't have the connection to the device camera.

Please ensure following changes in the sample app's codes:
