SW setup failure

When I run SW Setup on windows 11, the program aborts with the following message: "Exception in file D:/dev/primitives/src/http/src/http.cpp:303, function download_file: url = https://software-network.org/static/specification.json, curl error: Could not resolve hostname"
I had a look at https://software-network.org/static/specification.json, and, but I don't know if this is meaningful, I had failure to access the link "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SoftwareNetwork/database/master/" with "400: Invalid request".
The error is random, but my internet connection is stable.

Hi,

1. Interesting. Maybe something on the curl<->c_ares side.
2. As for the second link, it becomes https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SoftwareNetwork/database/master/db.version , so should not be an issue here.
