Trouble is that there's no easy way to get all players who can build there independent of the type of protection mod. It may work for areas; the next one then uses the protector block and so on.
Perhaps what you're looking for are my chesttools chests. Those have an automatic share-with-all-who-can-build-there function (as long as the area is protected). They also have quick access buttons for bags and the like.
