AI PMC frozen and precision speed

AI PMC may frozen after spawn. Today I met 2 bear frozen after spawn(they never move on my dynamic map). When i shot them in 1m and give them a hug,they still keep motionless. All activtion they have is I heard a sound of loading when i approach them.
Another problem is AI cant shot at me. They shout and shoot left and right,searching for cover,after seconds they finally aiming at me and hit me after a few shoots. I think theres soming wrong with precision speed.
Enemys dont act powerfull in all preset that I only killed once by my friend in a month.

OK，i found out that a outdated sain version is still in plugins files.
Maybe the bug is solved now
