SAIN doesn't work?

I am trying to install the SAIN mod for SPT-AKI 4.0.7 together with Fika, BigBrain 1.4.0, and Waypoints 1.8.1.

Fika works like a charm and Waypoints too, it shows up in the BepInEx menu but BigBrain and SAIN doesn't show up and even if i press F6 nothing works. I am absolutely sure i have installed them correctly. Just drag and drop. What is this?
