Braindead AI

I cranked everything up to deathwish and still have yet to get killed by PMC or Scav by head/eyes.

Unsure what's going on here but the difficulty is next to nothing for the past couple of months and after installing the latest update of SAIN.

I do not use any other mods/plugins that should conflict with the mod so unsure what is going on.
