Change proxy URL scheme

The list included contains proxy server URLs in the format like this:
https://t.me/proxy?server=91.107.255.20&port=2053&secret=dd35d7424b53edfa76f525c4a028ed4e7b.

The link is by default opened in the browser and return redirect to tg://proxy?server=91.107.255.20&port=2053&secret=dd35d7424b53edfa76f525c4a028ed4e7b
which is to be opened by the telegram app.

But it is usual that https://t.me is also blocked (among other telegram servers) and such a redirect is not possible thus the link is not usable without VPN etc.

May be it is better to save links in the list initially using tg:// scheme?
