All songs from playlist removed (new)

Hi,

I know there is issue #11, but I think this is a new issue? I downloaded a whole playlist correctly. Then I ran the spotify-ripper again on the same playlist and it removed all songs from that playlist, output:

I think this happens with older playlists? If I create a new one and copy all songs over it works. So suggestion is to always make a playlist copy before running!

Hi. Same issue, it seems that even without the -r option, the playlist are emptied...
