Newton Fractal visualisation

Example execution

The following Newton fractal visualises the complex roots of

$$ f(z) = z^5 - 1 $$

Executed on a mid-range Intel i5-6300U (4) @ 3.000GHz mobile CPU.

Usage

Usage: ./fractal.e N
    N - positive integer defining the function f(z) = z^N - 1

Build instructions

The solution has been tested on Linux with ispc compiler installed. Simply execute make in the source directory.
