(a) Currently we have all the SERDES blocks individually.
(b) Stitching each of the block and getting LVS clean will be needed
Please help with complete single gds as shown in publication fig 11 https://arxiv.org/pdf/2105.13256 or a scheamtic/verilog for netlist.
