matplotlib cannot plot the entire dataset of gastraces from bio ph1

There is a lot of data. I don't really know how to categorize this. A bug, well it may just be a limitation of matplotlib or memory being exhausted. If that is the case, then the only way to fix itm is to reduce the data amount i.e. ask the database for less data (maybe skipping every something ... points). But if we do that, we might miss the point. This is non-obvious. We will have to make sure, that we actually need to plot that much and questions arise. Is this solved since we lowered the plotting frequency etc?
