Make plugin compatible with latest intellij release

Put "New module" inside "New" menu

Default module name should be "module-example"

Default module implementation should not lead to redundant text

Put "create single page" inside "New" menu

Default reading name should be "reading-example"

Don't prepend "reading" to file name

Move plugin to morea-framework organization

Steps:

1. The three of you have access to the repo https://github.com/morea-framework/plugin-intellij.
2. Copy the current code over.
3. Create a new project board, copy over issues as appropriate. Be sure issues aren't named incorrectly. For example: https://github.com/Spring2023MoreaFrameworkPlugin/NewPageAction/issues/4
4. Republish the plugin to the IntelliJ plugin marketplace from this location.

Create user guide

Create a "discussion" in the new repo that provides a draft of a user guide.
