Implementation of the BIP solver

Hi,

In `code/README.md` it mentions some notebooks used for developing. Specifically I'm interested in the implementation of the BIP solver, which is supposed to be included in `code/notebooks/analysis/` as stated in the README file, but I cannot found it. Could you provide the code? It would be great to see the implementation.
