Sample cost data collection for model runs #38
Description
For the purpose of cloud costing, we can create the following testing scenario:
The oncosim modelers can set up the model parameters for their mpijob and we can create a manifest with the appropriate parameters but with modified worker resources.
We can then submit the modified job and collect the cost incurred for running a successful job.
This will give us an estimate for time vs cost at a particular resource consumption level.
