Menu and interaction with the player (main.py)

@babichevko @bonstantin Konstantin, your next goal is to write a menu for our game. Visual part lies on @SilaevV Vadim, your part is the code performing inputs and reactions towards the user. Vadim has alredy discussed with me main idea for the whole menu and i have approved it, so you will have to cooperate with him. If you will get in any trouble - contact me and i will help.
