image-eval: command not found #20

Firstly, I wanna thanks for your great contribution since image evaluation issue has been troubling me for a long time!
I don't know whether because I'm a rookie for AI, I found lots of issues when running your project.
Here are my questions:
- I created a virtual environment by conda, the python version is 3.11.8. When I run the command (see the screenshot down below), it returned wrong messege.
Could you help me find the solutions? I really need your project as it suits me fairly well, many thanks.
