Describe the bug
After saving settings (which presumably triggers a configuration reload), the global hotkeys stop responding. The logs indicate that the application is failing to re-register the hotkeys because they are considered "already registered."
To Reproduce
- Start the application on Linux.
- Verify that the global hotkey (e.g., Ctrl+Shift+D) works.
- Open the Settings menu and click "Save" (even without changing anything).
- Try to use the global hotkey again.
- Issue: The hotkey no longer works.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Debian GNU/Linux 13 (trixie) x86_64
- DE: KDE Plasma 6.3.6
- WM: KWin (X11)
