Add "Namespace" field to Item Type. Remove "namespace" prefix in Item Type name

Add the "Namespace" field to Item Type and populate this data based on the namespace prefix in the Item Type name.

Remove "solartypes:" and other prefixes from the "name" of the Item Type

This will separate the 2 facts of ItemType.Namespace and ItemType.Name consistently.
