New Feature Request: MQTT

Would be nice for us who are monitoring locally to add MQTT configuration support.
Some kind of configuration to send MQTT messages based on some rules to a local MQTT server.
So we do not have to plug into the PVS twice.
I know the old local admin site got removed some time back but would be nice to get that back too or some kind of configuration APIs.

I haven't played with it myself, but it seems like it would accomplish what you're looking for without adding bloat to pypvs.

If MQTT support were to be added anywhere, I'd suggest doing it at the integration level (like in my integration or pvs-hass), not at the library level where it becomes code that most users never utilize. Libraries should stay focused on data access, while integrations can handle publishing/distribution methods.

Sorry, Maybe was not clear enough. My proposal is to add that into the firmware so we do not require any other library or integration.
