NPC: Senani Thunderheart (Ashenvale) missing dialogue options

Describe the bug

The taureness Senani Thunderheart is the quest npc who runs the Ashenvale Hunt. A set of quests where you hunt 3 different creatures in the Ashenvale area: the bear Ursangous, the panther Shadumbra, and the hippogriff Sharptalon. She is supposed to have 3 dialogue options once the quest is active (active being that you can get the drops from the creatures which give you quests that you then return to her) that give pointers as to who these 3 creatures are and more importantly, possibly where to find them at.

To Reproduce

1. Have a breadcrumb quest to go talk to Senani Thunderheart about the Ashenvale Hunt
2. Go fully through her dialogue, getting the actual quest, and turning it in to activate the 3 hunting quests that start from a quest item dropped by the 3 beasts.
3. Talk to her again, see that she is missing her 3 informative dialogue options.

Expected behavior

There should be 3 dialogue options upon talking to her after starting the Hunt. 1 for each of the target beasts, Ursangous, Shadumbra, and Sharptalon.
