Description
This would enable to use them in messages, especially when no other appropriate emoji is available to the bot.
Whether they should be uploaded on each server, manually or automatically, or only on the bot's main server to always be available is an open question. The latter would require the USE_EXTERNAL_EMOJIS permission.
