We want to simplify the process for members when they can't attend a shift.
The goal is encourage them to tell us when they can't come to their shift, so that the team at the shop knows at the start of the shift how many members they have for that one shift.
The idea is to give members a single button "I can't attend" on the shift's page, where they previous had "unregister" and "looking for stand-in" buttons. Clicking this button saves the information that they won't come, then shows them what their options are. Possible options are:
- The member is flying and has enough time before the shift: unregister
- Any other case: set as looking for stand-in. Make it clear that they will get -2 if they don't show up and no replacement is found.
- Make it clear that if they should contact the member office explaining why they won't come
