CONTRIBUTING.md states "No support is provided for third-party add-ons (that doesn't include official add-ons or language packs)". This is not an issue with the game, rather its an issue with the addon.
I don't think you read CONTRIBUTING.md at all.

To add to this, why would the expected behavior be "I cant jump!"? SuperTux is a 2D platformer. Jumping in basically required.

Actually, this is an official addon. However I believe this issue is not appropriate here still - rather would be on the addons repository.

The issue templates and CONTRIBUTING.md should, in my opinion, forward any add-on issues there.
