My block sounds not working.

The most block sounds are not working the dirt block sound work but the grass block sound not work. The sugar cane work and the sand doesn't work. Also the stone block not work and many other blocks. Everything in the config file is set to true but not everything work i also have Moonlight Lib and Cloth Config. Please i need help I appreciate any help.
