I generated an SBOL file that had spaces in the URIs and some URIs that had a double prefix in front, i.e.
http://identifiers.org/biomodels.sbo/SBO:http://identifiers.org/biomodels.sbo/SBO:http://identifiers.org/biomodels.sbo/SBO:0000168.

Can these two issues be caught at doc.write()?
